NOTES ON DRUM CIRCLE, JUNE 16, 2008
10:30 A.M. No one has arrived. Brought the small bongos (coconut exterior) as well as two single hand "flicker" drums and banana shaped "shakers". Laid them out on lawn in Golden Gate Park awaiting players.
10:45 Still no arrivals.
11:00 A.M. - Not a soul. Played small bongos briefly, attempted to get a beat going, but with no one adding to it, seemed like a waste of energy. I began to consider the possibility
